For simplicity and your convenience, the Dorm Representative organizes group inspections of electrical appliances (see the schedule for details).
To ensure quick and efficient inspection of all appliances, we kindly ask you to prepare your appliances in advance.
There are many of us here, so this preparation is essential for everyone’s convenience.
Residents are responsible for providing information about their appliances. The inspection technician and supervisors are not accountable for this.
Sign up for additioanl inspections and inspections for the 4th floor ARE CLOSED (Deadline was by 11PM 3rd of Dec. 2024!)
The registration deadline is until 3rd December 2024 (Tuesday, the day before the revision) by 23:00. Anyone who does not sign up will not have the revision!
For fridges and similar appliances, ensure that the technical label with specifications is visible. This label may be located in different places depending on the model, such as inside a drawer or on the back of the appliance.
What can be inspected: Inspections can be conducted for any device that can be plugged into an electrical outlet.
Devices eligible for inspection include:
Pay special attention to older appliances and those with high power consumption.
Please make arrangements so that at least one person from your unit is present during the inspection to allow the technician to inspect ALL appliances at once!
Follow the schedule (see above) to ensure someone is present in your room during the designated time, with all necessary items prepared.
Payment for the inspection will be possible only in cash, and the amount is stated SEE SCHEDULE. Please prepare the exact amount in advance to ensure the inspection proceeds as smoothly as possible, or coordinate with others if you don’t have cash.
If you wish to submit your inspection, arrange with your dormitory manager where it should be delivered.
