Everything you need to know about club membership.
In order to become a member of the club, you need to do two things:
After registration you have 5 days of basic membership for free - so you have internet and time to pay for the basic membership
Membership type | Cost | Details + benefits |
---|---|---|
Basic | CZK 1 000 / semester | Internet Possibility of reserving a club room Possibility of reserving a club study room Possibility of reserving a grill Possibility to borrow board games Possibility to use the luggage room Possibility to use the printer |
Sports | CZK 800 / semester | Access to the sports gym Requires a valid Basic Membership |
Membership lasts approximately 6 months - i.e. for the entire semester of study + exam period + some extra time before and after the exam period.
After paying the membership fee, your membership will be added automatically in the information system. There you can also see the exact duration of your membership - i.e. exactly when it starts and exactly when it ends.
Take this guide seriously, in case of any mistakes returning a payment is possible, but very laborious 🥲. If such a situation does arise, contact a registrar.
Membership fees and payments for services can only be paid by bank transfer, bank transfer or cash deposit in the bank and only in CZK.
To make the calculation easier, you can use Service fees calculator, where it will also generate a QR code for payment and the necessary data if you need to enter the bank payment manually.
If you are not logged in IS, the post calculator fills in the wrong UID, watch out!
If you don't have bank account here, in Czech Republic, and to pay here you use, for example, Revolut, you should go to Fio bank office to pay for the membership. Use your account details generated here (again, watch out for correct UID).
1 - You cannot pay us with IBAN.
2 - Paying in Fio bank office, be prepared to pay a cash transfer fee (around 10% of the transfer sum), making sure that exactly 1000 CZK will arrive to our bank account (not 900 because of the fee).
3 - Take the check with you in case of any troubles with the payment.
4 - Also consider that payment transfer can take a long time, espesially if you pay at the end of the week through weekends.
In case of any problems, contact a registrar.
